To n n I'm so happy you have a power chair and you can actually get out of the house and go places in it. What a blessing to live in an area that allows you to do that. Can you get in it easily? I need help to get in mine. Can't lift my leg on the foot rest. But there's no place around here I can go by myself. [too rural] I'd love to be in an area where there are shops I could go into, and just be around people somtimes. Keep on trucking! :-) Hugs from Jackie in Oregon : -- Help Feed The Critters! Guest guest
Ok, new development. Rob just came by bearing gifts and apologies (eating crow...and HE bought it lol) He said he had no problem paying me what I was (am) asking for (since WHEN?) I guess his family has been laying on the guilt, I emailed his sister and set her copies of our emails, so she could see for herself that I was being totally fair and only asking for the things he uses to be replaced, basically. I guess she could see for herself what I am up against, and all of a sudden he's coming over with water (which he knew we were almost out of) and BEER! He said he know's it's not enough but it's a start...I finally won one! He hugged Robbin and said he's staying over at his moms. Well I KNOW that won't last, and the bad penny will return...but then again there stands MY best chance of getting MY stuff back and maybe, finally, getting some help from the man! See what happens when you stand your ground? Oh I don't mind him hanging around, he does come in useful sometimes for a ride, and if he is actually willing to NOT be a financial burden, well, I'm ok with it. Robbin isn't, really, but he will allow it. I reminded him that after all Rob's family give good gifts and Christmas IS coming.... Robbin is a very flexible kid (which is totally unusual for one diagnosed with any kind of autism!) ~*~Hugs~*~ ~*~Akiba~*~ http://www.affiliates-natural-salt-lamps.com/pages/156.php -- Re: n has wheels!
