Guest guest
Melinda:Measles becomes life threatening if it turns into viral pneumonia or viral brain infection.Vitamin A is good. Additionally read about vitamin C, specifically the Klenner protocol that he used on his own daughters. His protocol is 1000 mg (for children) every two hours. Monitor fever every two hours. If the fever normalizes then then do vitamin C 1000 mg every four hours. If the fever doesn't normalize then continue 1000 mg every two hours. If fever comes back then return to "every two hours" 1000 mg. If there is relapse later (after a month) then again its 1000 mg every two hours. Reference: Klenner, F. (1953) The use of vitamin C as an antibiotic. Journal of Applied Nutrition, 6: 274-278But the List Owner on yahoo group Trying_Low_Oxalate_Diet says vitamin C converts into oxalates. I don't agree with her.Ratan. Guest guest
I would do high dose vitamin a. And follow up with antioxidants for a while.I'm pretty sure she can follow up with vitamin a protocol again in 6 months.chances are, if her little ones are not immune-compromised, they will be just fine!Keep us posted! -TammyTo: "mb12valtrex " <mb12valtrex >Sent: Tuesday, August 30, 2011 11:10 AMSubject: Measles Exposure Can anyone please help? Guest guest
I had read that measles does not go in gut unless it is thru a vaccine..that if you catch thru natural means it does not affect the body in the same way.
