Oh Fiona, I am proud of you. And glad you were able to laud yourself by sharing

with your nada, no matter what stupid response she gave. Your success is in my

mind, untarnished. Nada is the one who is not " good enough. "

Sometimes it helps me to remember the good, and erase the bad words nada has

said. Wipe them off an imaginary chalkboard in my mind, so that I don't replay

the too much and keep my emotions stuck on sad, or mad.
