Buzzy for needle phobia...

My nine year old has an extreme phobia of needles. He fights, runs, cries and

becomes hysterical. He was a NICU baby and I think it stems from all the

procedures he has done. Our doc gave us rx for emla cream but I read that it

constricts the veins so not thrilled with that idea. I came across the Buzzy

online. Wondering if anyone has used it and found it helpful? Also, would

l-theanine help? Thanks much :-}
