Dear Sharon, Yes a relationship between mothers and daughters sure isn't what they are between a mother and a son. He would call me everyday to check on me and or just to say I Love You and boy did it hit home hard when all of sudden those calls quit coming. I to this day still have his cell and it sits right in front of his pictures in the living room. At the time that cell was his best friend. I will be 50 next month.....But 29 and holding...LOL. I guess cause there are no visible symptoms of MS well not to others they all think its in our heads.

Dear KimI am so sorry you are having such a hard time with the MS dx. For some people it's hard to hear that diagnosis. Then there are others who take it easy at first and later it seems to sink in and affects them terribly. Of course there are some who just take it as a blessing to finally get a diagnosis. People are so different, aren't they? When were you dxed? Most people with MS go on to lead happy, long lives and most are not incapacitated like your mother. MS likely will affect you very differently than your mother so please try not to worry about it right now. Have you talked to your doctor about the sadness you are going through? You may need to be on an antidepressant for a period of time. Have you

"registered" with the National MS Society as newly diagnosed? I believe they still send out packets of information for the newly diagnosed. MS isn't a death sentence and there are many worse things out there. That said, it's still not an easy thing. Please keep posting to us and know that we all care about you very much. big hugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. I went to my Family Health Center that I go to last week.....Scheduled an MRI & CT Scan with gadolinium dye.....My veins burned very bad with it and I told them something was wrong....they finally called a nurse from the er to come look at it....she said it was fine but to keep compresses on it for the evening of Thursday.... .I came home and looked on the net and the gadolinium has been recalled.... .Is there such a thing as they made a new batch of it and that what they used on me is part of what has been recalled.... ..I was just diagnosed with MS along with my Fibro and I have been feeling very down and depressed... .My mother has the same things and she is in

a nursing home and can't do a thing for herself..... .All I do is sit and cry about it I don't want to end up like her....I will find out this week the results of the test along with blood

work and

urine test.......I will know then what kind of meds they are going to put me on....Sorry to ramble on but I had to get things off my chest for right now.....Kim
