Guest guest
Hi. For those who need to convincing information to go gluten free - this is a great book to read. It's got GREAT information, and again (what most of us already know!) makes a case to exclude wheat completely from your life. I just finished reading it...and I give it a lot of stars. It's a little off our path in terms of what our group tends to read, but, for those trying to convince others, it's not 'out there' and written by an MD. (Not that I think any of the books we read are 'out there.') Gives a great history of wheat, and how what we call 'wheat' today, does not resemble what our ancestors ate. I sent one to my 'pregnant' brother in law - who told me that gf/cf diet (that has gotten my sister (his wife) off all her meds for Crohns) is just another 'voo-doo' diet that has nothing to do with health. (ass!) -- He has written me and said that the information is 'interesting.' I guess I should consider that 'progress.' LOL! Thought I would share! laura:)

Guest guest
That book is the most loved book in my house...it's dog eared, little notes in the margins...and I have two copies, one upstairs and one in the kitchen. The Ultimate Healing System is the ultimate! LOVE, love, love that book. Glad you love it too.. > > Hi. For those who need to convincing information to go gluten free - this is a great book to read. Guest guest
I bought the book (lepore) on your recommendation but I don't " get " it. Guest guest
The 'muscle testing' can be a little time consuming to understand. That being said, I use it mostly for ideas for juicing, as with helping with foods to mix to get maximum nutrition. (I'm not bored, just thorough. lol!) I also like to compare it to my book " The Eat Right for your Type " book. I am type A (in many ways! lol!) so that I am eating things that will benefit my particular blood type (Jimmy and Rob are also A's). I plan all the meals so that I can do a rotation diet (not THE rotation diet), and we get variety. Have you read it cover to cover? I did once, and then I just used the parts I needed for information on... I am about to get the last of my amalgams out...so excited. Parsley, cilantro, garlic, lemon and ginger all have detox qualities and have many complex compounds to help the body get the resources it need to repair itself. I use these items daily. laura:) > > > > > > Hi. For those who need to convincing information to go gluten free - this > > is a great book to read. Guest guest
Gabi has her amalgams out, and has one filling to be placed in a couple weeks (the temp fell out)I have only had one quadrant done but after she is taken care of, I hope to have another done. I have not read lepore cover to cover but to be honest I did get hung up on the muscle testing and put it down without really giving it more thought. I kinda thought " ugh I must be too dumb to figure this out. " LOL The 'muscle testing' can be a little time consuming to understand. That being said, I use it mostly for ideas for juicing, as with helping with foods to mix to get maximum nutrition. (I'm not bored, just thorough. lol!) Guest guest
You might find you get lots of WOWS after her fillings are out, because with Rob, it's been about 6 months - and I am seeing this HUGE increase in 'the right direction.' -- I mean like, huge. You are not dumb enough to figure it out, it took me a while. I actually found someone who wouldn't laugh at me trying it, and then did some other research on it. It's not that it's hard per say, it's time consuming, and not necessarily easily understood. Once you get it, everything else falls into place. That being said, I don't use it that often for that, mostly just to figure out how to solve other problems. You are extremely bright, and I have learned a great deal from you - over the course of our friendship, it was you that figured out the oxalate issue. I might still be here wondering what the hell I was missing. That happens to me a lot. I take extra B12, but nothing seems to help. I just am open to suggestion and other ideas, I am a daisy picker, skipping thru the lilies hoping that something or someone will save me. Which is why I read a lot...I mean really, my kid is recovered in two years, and most of the recovery stuff came from this group. I'm not street smart, I tend to be academically smart, but with good implementation skills... Case in point, I have watched Monty Python like 5 times, and I am still having a hard time with the humor (I have yet to really laugh). My husband just shakes his head and he says things like " why don't you find that funny? " I don't know. I'm not wired like that. So don't give yourself a hard time about the muscle testing, skip over it, and use it as a reference book. laura > > > ** > > > > > > The 'muscle testing' can be a little time consuming to understand. Guest guest
Her amalgams ARE out, we have seen good things... the fillings going in are porcelain or whatever... unfortunately the one the doc put in as a permanent is " continuously releasing fluoride " LOL !!! so not exactly ideal. But we had done the biocompatible thing and this was one of the least reacting things to HER chemistry, so there ya go... you just cannot win!!!!!!!!!!! There are a lot of things I don't find funny. That Big Lebowski movie would be one. There are other things my husband claims are the best movies ever and I have to think WHO ARE YOU? And WHY DID I MARRY YOU? hahahahha You might find you get lots of WOWS after her fillings are out, because with Rob, it's been about 6 months - and I am seeing this HUGE increase in 'the right direction.' -- I mean like, huge. Guest guest
OMG, I can't stand that movie. I really don't get it. So there we are watching it at home, and I kept asking questions...I thought he was going to lose it. I guess it must be a 'guy' movie. He kept telling me " that's funny, you should laugh. Guest guest
No need to yell.. Go to " edit membership " at the top of board (should say a solid line with 'mbvaltrex.nasal spray, MB12, Antivirals, Stan Kurtz) -- right above that you should see 'edit membership' scroll to the bottom and it should have a 'leave group' option. there, you can leave. If you want to shut off the emails, I believe you have to go to 'unsubscribe.' (in the email itself) -- and really, if you need help with that...I probably can direct you. Guest guest
Just occurred to me you may not be on the message board: to get on the message board go to yahoo.com, at the bottom of that page, click on 'groups' and then sign in. Click on the MB12Valtrex group - when you do that - you might find the 'edit membership' that I had been trying to get you to. laura > > > > > > > > > > > > > ** > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > The 'muscle testing' can be a little time consuming to understand.
