I know why my back is aching (making pies, etc) but I don't know what I did to make my neck hurt. It feels like it could turn into a stiff neck. Perhaps I just need a shower and bed:)I made 3 apple pies and 2 pumpkin. I made extra pie dough for my daughter-in-law for her pecan pies because she has never made pie dough. She usually buys ready made pie crusts. I think I will shower and then rub down my neck with some Celedrin lotion. That should fix me right up:)hugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product.

The neck

muscles is connected to the shoulder muscles.. the shoulder

muscles are connected to the arm muscles.. and so on and so

forth..

It doesn't really surprise me that your neck is getting sore

from all that rolling.. and it wouldn't surprise me to find out

that you end up with a headache as well..

Yup.. saw a website.. didn't bookmark it.. but it showed

illustrations of which muscles could produce headaches in which

section of the head..

The supraspinatus muscles (run across the top back from shoulder

to neck) lead into the side of the neck muscle.. that then leads

into that little bony spot behind your ear.. and that leads from

that bony spot.. up and around the ear, into.. now I wish I

could pull up that picture in my head again.. I just remember

that I recognize those type headaches in .. he thinks it

starts in that bony thing.. but I start with deep massage of the

shoulder muscles.. then work up the neck muscle thing.. and then

really really rough up the bony thing.. then I take a hairbrush

to his head.. usually by the time I'm finished.. his headache is

gone.. not sure if it's the endorphins that my causing him to

(well he asks for a spatula so that he can pry hit butthole

loose from the chair) ouch a lot during these massages.. or my

causing them to tighten more, and then relax when I'm finished..

I swear by the endorphin release thing though..
