Guest guest
All you should need to do is fill out and sign the waiver (do religious...if you do medical, it needs to be signed by a doctor). As far as I know, you are under no obligation to provide any further information other than that. They can ask, but you DON'T HAVE TO say. The law is the law. If vaccine waivers are permissable by religious grounds, then they are permissable...do not let them bully you into thinking it "needs to be reviewed and approved by the district nurse or school board". That's b.s. It is not their job to decide when the law does and does not apply. I think in MA, you can download the waiver right from home....let me see what I can find.... -Tammy To: mb12valtrex Sent: Thursday, February 9, 2012 12:39 PM Subject: help vaccines! so i am dealin with the goverment again...I need to have a form filled out about whether i refuse vaccines because of medical reasons or religious reasons...i think i remember a while back someone said religious was easier because you cant fight religious as easy as medical...with that said does any one know best way to word it? i was thinking less said better...like i didnt want to go into the aborted fetus tissue thing...but just lookin for any advice from any one who has gone thru this. makes my stomach turn everytime i hear vaccination...makes me want to jump on next plane to central america..at least if i run into bill gates over their i have easier chance with running him over and getting away with it... channa
Guest guest
Ok, there is no standard form in MA.This is ALL you will need. Nothing else: To whom it may concern, In accordance with the General Laws Of Massachusetts, Part I, Title XII, Chapt.7., Section 15,I am excercising my right to exempt my child from vaccination because it conflicts with my sincerely held religious beliefs. I understand that in the event of an outbreak or epideminc identified and declared by the Massachusetts Department of Health, my child may temporarily be excluded from attending school. Guest guest
I sounds like your conundrum is solved, but for fun- There is always " My body is my temple " (vaguely translated from 1 Corinthians 6:19-20) I also just found this one: 1 Corinthians 15:44 ESV " It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. If there is a natural body, there is also a spiritual body.
