the wind chill outside is 27 degrees at 6 am - has tried twice this week to get me to come out for Thanksgiving - as much as I would like to see all the grand dogs - plus Max (heinz 57) and Loki - the last of the shelter dogs - I just hurt too much

knowing Thor he would pick up on it and he would be crankier than he is now

he has a damaged right hip and we both have problems in this weather

so I will do what I usually do - get the dvd's out and have a quiet day God, grant me the strength of eagles wings, the faith and courage to fly to new heights, and the wisdom to rely on his spirit to carry me there.

I know just what you mean, Anne. I hate that I don't feel sure of myself anymore. I walk so slowly outside and I'm very deliberate in where I put my feet. After that bad fall last May when I messed up my face so bad I am scared to death of falling again. hugs to you!
