Guest guest
We've had great luck in following food combining rules. I think we got ours from the book Gut Solutions. For us a big one not mentioned on this page has been limiting fats and meat late in the day. So we eat vegetarian for dinner, or vegetables with a little meat, or noodles and vegetables. When we have a heavy meat or fatty meal late, the girls are up a lot at night, or even if not up, are fatigued in the morning. All of this was new to us as we couldn't eat much for a long time anyway! > > > ** > > > > > > Hi, > > > > I found this very interesting and it made so much sense to me, because I > > actually notice some of this mixes were bad or good for my son even when > > they were not offending foods, I'm glad they send this to my mail, makes me > > feel I'm not really that paranoid trying to find the smallest issue in > > everything... : ) > > > > > > http://www.generationrescue.org/latest-news/nutrition/smart-food-combining-step-\ 5-of-the-wagner-way-to-wellnes/ > > > > I even have the chart on my fridge now! > > > > > > >
