My son has been GF/CF for three years and he is recommending to put him back on gluten as long as it is not whole grain. This is so difficult for me. Processed grains! So "fish out of water" for me. Have any of you done this? What should I expect to see? Any reactions? I almost feel like I would be giving poison to him to give him plain Wonder bread. This will be a real adjustment for us. It is hard to be stricly biomedical for three years and then go medical. But in our case, biomedical did not bring the results we were looking for.
