Guest guest
Most of our amino acids are pretty low and our DAN suggested that we supplement with a broad-spectrum amino acid complex. I wanted to just look at a few and was wondering if anyone has any suggestions for a good one that they like.
Guest guest
Hey Alberta! Do your kids have the option of eating eggs? Eggs contain all 9 essential amino acids and all three EFA's. I give my kids (organic, free range) eggs daily with Braggs Organic Sprinkle and " Real " salt...my kids devour them. I also do deviled eggs for snacks on some days or egg salad over greens - to make sure they are getting all of the essential ones. An option if you can't find one that you like or in addition to... laura > > Most of our amino acids are pretty low and our DAN suggested that we > supplement with a broad-spectrum amino acid complex. Guest guest
Oh, and I forgot to mention, if you (or your kids) have issues with eggs, start eating lots of onions and garlic, the sulfur content helps eliminate issues with eggs. I add both to my 'red' meats. (like steak!) My sister in law could not handle eggs, she decided to try out my suggestion and ate about a whole sauteed onion (with salt!) daily for a week, and then ate scrambled eggs. She was like WOW! no issues. (I got that info from my Ultimate Healing System book...) laura > > > > Most of our amino acids are pretty low and our DAN suggested that we > > supplement with a broad-spectrum amino acid complex. Guest guest
OMG, , you just solved this big mystery for me about eggs and garlic/onions. We were egg-free for some time and I just recently started introducing again without any very obvious problems (aside from the fact that the kids don't really like eggs much). But, for a long time, when Maia was eating a lot of onions when she was egg-free, after a certain point they were coming out undigested. Probably has to do with no eggs in her diet, but I've just started to re-introduce them and rotating eggs
Guest guest
Just curious, which supplement you use for amino acids absent in eggs, garlic and onion?
