Guest guest
So I went ahead and did the high dose vitamin A protocol with Tom on Thursday and Friday. Other than slightly dry lips, it went very well. Interesting and unexpected result: Hardly any toewalking at all. This is a kid constantly up on his toes. I think I've seen it twice - each for a split second- between yesterday and today. He looks shorter to me now. Lol. I don't know how long it will hold, but we'll see. -Tammy Sent from my Kindle Fire

Guest guest
Wonderful Tammy, congrats!! Please keep us posted!! I have been thinking about doing the A protocol too since my son had German measles 3 months after his MMR (and his titers were still high for this last year -- three years after the german measles). Plus he has been doing alot of visual stimming....I am still worried about his phenol/sulfur issues and how this may affect him (hopefully the Yasko testing will help shed some light on this) plus I am afraid he could transmit it to my 2year old unvaccinated daughter (i've heard this can happen)....will be looking into this further down the road!!All the best, To: mb12valtrex Sent: Saturday, February 11, 2012 7:06 PM Subject: High dose vitamin a So I went ahead and did the high dose vitamin A protocol with Tom on Thursday and Friday. Guest guest
, Sure. There's a few reasons why I wanted to do it: 1. Eye Stims. He's had a few variations of these since he was a toddler: sideways glancing, consciously crossing his eyes...especially when speaking to people (this will disappear for months at a time then re-emerge), he also does this thing when he plays video games and he's super-involved where he will tilt his head as far as he can to the right and get so close to the screen that his nose practically touches and lately he's developed a new one where he waves his pencil in front of his eyes as fast as he can. After reading Dr. McCandless' work on VitaminA, it made sense to me- especially after learning about the way the measles vaccine depletes vitamin A stores. It's something I've been wanting to do for a while but not knowing how he would react (some kids actually break out in rash/fever) , one thing or another has held me off until now. After seeing Dr. Shaw's presentation last week on the effects of acetaminphen and vitamin A stores, it gave me the kick in the pants I needed to just do it. We're gearing up for chelation -which is long term- and we'll also be doing the brain balance program which is 12 weeks minimum so this was one thing on the list that was quick enough to get out of the way. Knowing everything I know now, I would suggest it for anyone who's had the MMR and/or tylenol...especially for gut kids (my kid is not one)....but I do suspect that MMR often finds a nice comfy spot in the brain. ( but that's another story....or to be more exact, an uneducated theory : ) I haven't been in the files here in a very long time so I honestly don't remember how much you would find here. But if you give Dr. McCandless high dose Vitamin A a google, you'll find lots of good stuff. I might have something saved on my laptop...when it's available for use, I'll see if I have any's good links to pass along to you. Guest guest
, I can relate - I had an unvaccinated baby in my house for a while. And I have an immune-compromised mom with really bad lungs so we have to be super careful around her. It was a matter of finding the right time - I think you should start reading up on it incase you find yourself in a good spot to do it. I cant Lie: In the back of my mind I also knew It was something I should do but I was a total wuss about it for a long time. I read ALOT before I went ahead with it. -Tammy Sent from my Kindle Fire Sent: Sat Feb 11 20:49:12 EST 2012 To: " mb12valtrex " <mb12valtrex > Subject: Re: High dose vitamin a Wonderful Tammy, congrats!!
