Hi everyone,

I am wondering what my healthiest alternative to raw milk is. I make yogurt

out of pasteurized whole milk. I am thinking of trying kefir also. If I cannot

find raw milk should I continue with the yogurt and start the kefir or just give

up the milk? I have five children. Four are eating the yogurt and I am nursing

the fifth. I would like to continue the yogurt because it is an easy way to get

some good bacteria and live enzymes into their diet. Also I am looking for a

mail order source for good raw milk butter and cheese if anyone has any

recommendations.
