Never knew exactly why she picked "Lucy" though.. unless it had some to do with the "I Love Lucy" television show... and it was supposed to come out in a Rick o tone of voice maybe?But when I was in trouble was the only time I heard that nickname.. from her.. Dad detested nicknames.. so didn't get one from him..And I'll take the one my uncle had for me to da grave.. LOL.. He wasn't really a nice man.. HUGS|)onna

Thanks Sharon, My cold is much better. Still coughing and gaining my strength back but on the mend. It must take us longer to heal.

Tomorrow I have to go to the hospital to get my (every two weeks) prednisone infusion. That should make me feel better.

I still walk my dogs every day but just enough to get them to poop and pee.

Is it very snowy and icy there now? We had snow on Thanksgiving Day and then every day after until yesterday. There is snow on the ground but it's not bad. I won't go outside because it's just too cold for me.I'm glad to hear your cold is better. Sometimes the worst part of a cold for me is the aftereffects--cough and weakness. Yes, it is snowy and cold here. Winter has arrived ;-{ I know some people like it and I used to also but not anymore. It is so difficult to deal with. We are fortunate that we have four of our five children living near by if we really need help.

I wear a snow suit when going outside. It takes me forever to get ready to go out My three dogs love the snow and act like happy colts in it. Good thing they know the word “easyâ€

My dogs all love the snow too. I wonder why it's so exciting for them?!? lol The good thing is I don't have to walk our dogs because we have a really large fenced yard for them.I'm glad you have a snowsuit to wear. You probably wear snow boots as well. In Alaska I had to wear hiking boots with ice treads when I went outside. It was so heavy for my legs!
