We are insearch of energetic, highly motivated individuals that want to make adifference in our community.We are the 911 service provider for the City of Angleton and about 400square miles of Brazoria County, responding to 3400 emergencies a year.AAEMC has proudly served this area since 1980 and we were the recipient ofthe 2002 TDH Volunteer Provider of the Year Award and the 2004 DSHS EMSPublic Information Injury Prevention Award.Our benefit package includes: 401k with a 3% match after one year thatincreases to 4% after 5 years, major medical, dental, life and visioninsurance, holiday pay, sick pay, sick pool, paid vacation, bereavement pay,internet and in-house continuing education.We average a 60 hour work week, that's 20 hours of overtime pay each week.At 60 hours a week starting pay for an EMT-P is $47,320+ and $48,230+ for aLP. Top pay for an EMT-P is $58,240 and $59,150 for a LP.Applicants must possess a clear Texas Drivers License, be drug-free and havethe ability to pass a written and skills test.
