Hello folks,

Looking for digestive enzymes and liquid Co Q10 brands recommendations.

I was recommended by someone TriEnza for enzymes but would like to know what folks use here.

For Co Q10, I would prefer ubiquinol as opposed to ubiquinone. A liquid form would be perfect. On another thread, Tishcon was mentioned but I couldn't find out shopping options on the website.

Many thanks,

Noel

That's the one we use too. We've also used Vitamin Shoppe's similar product, it's 10$ less.

COuld you please link vitamin shoppe's product. I don't seem to find it on the website or could you tell how does it stack up against Digest Spectrum? From the counts, Digest Spectrum looks superior to TriEnza.
