Guest guest
This could be a record breaking Friday. It's early and I've already gotten 4 of 5 posts on the board and there's 3 or 4 more lost in the optics somewhere. Remember this is raw chicken liver and organ fattest:week one. More manure? Guest guest
I have had some horrible mistakes made by some doctors. I have signed releases to have these records sent to my new doctors. The requests have been ignored! I have spoken to 3 different law firms regarding this. Not sure whether to proceed or not. I want the records first! Showing up in person and demanding them - while the waiting room is full and you are being fairly loud and clear about the doctor not discharging his legal responsibilities - is one way. Another is to call the state licensing board and ask them how to harass him properly, and if they would send a letter on your behalf. > Michele > > > [Non-text portions of this message have been re
Guest guest
Michele-the more likely it is that your child has " lawsuit potential " the more likely it is that some or all of the relevant information is already missing. All of my son's shot records " disappeared " So did those of a friend's child who had a stroke following a DPT shot. [ ] Re: records I have had some horrible mistakes made by some doctors. Guest guest
If you have a lawyer they could pick them up for you. I have a good friend who is a legal asst. and a client called her doc and said oh boy, you are going to get it now, etc... and when the legal asst. showed up to pick up the records they were " lost " . Be calm. Don't let these people know you have a problem, you just want copies of your records for your new physician. Stand there, keep your eye on them. For the future after every procedure you can have copies of your appt made and keep a set of your own records. Best wishes, Maddie > > I have had some horrible mistakes made by some doctors. Have them released directly to yourself. Then you provide them to the new doctors. >> The requests have > been ignored! I have spoken to 3 different law firms regarding this. You can ask the attorneys to request copies, altho this does have the potential to trigger a few problems, altho it also may be a good thing.
