Yahoo Group is great, but are there live support groups where people can talk

about this stuff and have other adult children of BPD's to call?

Maybe ask some of the psychologists in your area if they offer group therapy for

the adult children of mentally ill parents/ personality-disordered parents.

I think it would be safer to start with group therapy, that way there would be a

psychologist present to guide the discussions and keep everyone on track, make

sure everyone gets a turn (if they want one) etc.

I've also heard of an organization called " NAMI " , " The National Alliance for the

Mentally Ill " that offers support groups for the families of mentally ill

people.
