(Sharon) Okay, so how is everyone spending the 4th of July? Here in our community the 4th is actually on the 3rd. lol Since the 4this a Sunday the celebration is moved to Saturday. The same thing happens ifHalloween falls on a Sunday. There is a big fireworks display in my townafter the rodeo. A parade in the morning, a craft festival, BBQ, rodeo, fireworks and then a dance. I don't go anymore. I prefer to stay home withthe dogs:) But my kids, their spouses and my 8 grandkids all go together, sit on the grass at the park and watch the fireworks. On Sunday we will have a cookout--brats on the grill with potato salad andwatermelon for desert. After my kids/grandkids leave on Saturday I plan to call my brother inAlaska and have a nice long phone visit. It's always so noisy here that Irelish some quiet time for phone calls:) My brother lives just 10 milesfrom our old cabin in Alaska so we always have a lot to talk about. Helives off-grid like I do so we have that in common as well. He is 11 yearsolder than I am and just turned 70 in June. He lives out in the woods (likewe did there), fishes a lot, watches for grizzlies and moose in the garden(like we did) and keeps chickens and goats. It's funny that this brotherand I are so alike. We have a brother between us who is totally different. The brother who is different hasn't spoken to me in about 5 years. Ohwell... life goes on:)hugs to each and every one one you! Enjoy the 4th no matter where youlive--US or not. SharonThis email is a natural hand made product.
