Just use the form your state requires-do not modify it. No one should ask you

about religion if that's the route you choose. We can still in our state just

fill out the paper work, get it notarized and hand it in to be compliant.

Hi, I remember recently someone gave a website with information about vaccines (I thought it may be a parental advocacy group). I've been searching through past posts, but can't find it now. Can anyone repeat this website? My (non-autistic) 6th grader is now required to get a Hep A vaccine. And since she's had all other prior vaccines, I don't think I can use the religion exemption. (Say I changed religion?)I just don't feel she's much at risk for hep A at all, and the more I'm discovering about vaccines, the worse I feel about having given them. Thanks, nne

nne, we live in Florida it was so ease to request a vaccine exception. My son had 27 vaccines in the first 18 months. The lady asked me why I want the exception if he has most of the vaccines, he miss just one or two, I anwered it was for religions reasons. It is so ease, they don't ask questions. Good for you nne!!! Some of these shots are just wrong. Dr's push moms HARD and we have to be the one in charge of our childrens body. They can not defend themselves yet. "First Do No Harm" used to be the first thing a med student learns. Now we really have to question how many REALLY practice this. Why harm the body with metals and toxins if they do not need it. I am just waiting on that HUGE suit between attorneys and dr's for breaking this rule! "First,,,,DO NO HARM. They are passing out drugs like candy with major side effects. FIRST,,,,,

Here's a link to web site with great info for ammunition. The page it takes you to is not necessarily useful to you but there is plenty of good stuff here.http://www.vaccineinjury.info/vaccinations-in-general/health-unvaccinated-children/survey-results-illnesses.htmlHope this helps.
