Kate is still feeling sick. No fever and she is very pale still. She says she does feel better than she did this morning. All my grandkids are homeschooled. So, no, she hasn't eaten school lunch or been exposed to germy school kids.love SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. Wishing you all good luck

Gee, keep us posted on Kate. I hope to heck she is on the mend, and soon. Does she have fever, or just the bad stomach? Could it be some sort of food poisoning? I guess your grandkids don't go to school and have lunches there; they are all homeschooled, yes?I hope kitty does well, let us know.love you,KateTo: MSersLife Sent: Thu, December 9, 2010 2:41:32 PMSubject: adventures of barn kitties and in-charge dogs....and sick kids.........Re: kitty going to vet tomorrow÷ Wishing you all good luck

Chub Chub had a pretty bad night inside the house complete with lots of sorrowful yowling. He has no clue about the litter box, of course, so he made a bit of a mess in the bathroom. Lady, the dog that always thinks she is in charge, barked at the bathroom door and then would come and bark at me to wake me. Over and over. It was a looong night, let me tell you:) This morning (the 14 year old) went with her dad to drop Chub Chub off at the vet. Then Kate and dad went to Walmart and Kate suddenly got sick and threw up INSIDE Walmart 5 times! She even threw up on a display of movies for sale. She is still horribly ill and lying on the couch covered to the chin with a big comforter. What the heck happened to Kate? No one else

is sick except her. She hasn't been anywhere to pick up any germs so I don't know what is wrong with her. I went out a few minutes ago to feed and water the chickens and ducks. Kate is the one who normally takes care of the poultry. The birds were happy to see me I think. But who can tell? lolChub Chub should be home soon. My son and grandson went to pick him up. It's an hour drive each way. I will let you all know how Chub Chub likes his new improved self:)BTW, it only cost me a nickle to get him 'fixed'. The humane society was running a special 'Neuter for a Nickle" deal and I jumped on it. We wanted to get at least one other barn kittie neutered but they none of the others are tame enough. hugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. Teaching him to use a sand box of kitty litter box should be interesting. At least you will be able to feed the little feller after he has had his surgery!Love to you all, and to Chub Chub,nTo: Group <mserslife >Sent: Wed, December 8, 2010 7:34:03 PMSubject: kitty going to vet tomorrow

One of our barn cats is going to the vet's tomorrow to get neutered. He is a huge yellow kitty that my granddaughter calls "Chub Chub". He is about 4 or 5 years old and he is finally tame enough for the vet to handle. He is the tamest of the barn cats. He was brought into the house this afternoon so we can be sure he has no food or water after midnight. He freaked out really bad when put in a cage, beating his nose against the "bars" until his nose was dripping blood. Now he is in the bathroom, hiding under the counter. My granddaughter is fretting over him and is so worried about him. He will have to stay in the house for 4 days after the surgery so he doesn't injure himself. This is going to be interesting;)
