Hey Group,

I couldn't remember if I told the whole group this or not. In April I went

to my tattoo artist friend and she put a beautiful girlscout on my loeft

shoulder forever. After all the help I've gotten here, I wanted to make it

permanent. Also, therapy helped me understand why I chose Girlscout - it

represents my ID. I was a very very good little girl who took care of

everyone in my family. I did what I was supposed to do, sought perfection

constantly and. . . yeah I was a girlscout.

So if you ever bump into a chick with a girlscout tattoo on the left

shoulder, give me a wink and secret handshake :)

Anyway hugs to all and thanks for all the help.

Girlscout,

It sounds like you found a way to embrace a piece of yourself

and put your feelings to a positive use. Good for you!

Hi Girlscout,

((((((((((( I want to join Katrina and congratulate you in memorializing

that sacred part of yourself ! )))))))))))

This opens such an interesting question, about how we KOs heal, and how

we provide markers of safety and sanctity for ourselves along this chaotic,

frightening and exhausting trip, away from our beloved, disfunctional,

BPDs+.

Best of luck on your journey, and thanks for leaving a trail of pebbles

behind you,to mark a path for others along their way !

J Awesome Girlscout! I'm in the process of having a few Tattoo ideas

designed, it's going to be one done in three or four stages that represent

my journey through my healing process. Mind, Body, and Soul.
