I am considering effervescent form of Airborne for my son. He hates gummies. Currently I am using Vitamin Shoppe multivitamin brand. I don't care as much as others for the dyes and flavorants (as my tests revealed that it doesn't affect him, still I read the labels)

I know, it doesn't help answer your question but upping the conversation, hope someone responds.Noel

my only experience with lysine or airborne was the few times my son got sick and i would let him suck on it like candy .up to three a day..for a couple days...it is high A and C with some other good things like zinc and lysine...it is a tasty easy treat to get the vitamins high dose when sick but as far as using every day i would be concerned as it also made with mineral oil and some other stuff i didnt like....however in the health store i found a natural version with out the mineral oil and other artificail stuff.
