It's in German and I have tried two different translators online with no luck. I believe the spelling of some of the words is not correct on the gravestone so it doesn't translate correctly. Does anyone here speak German? I only know a few words in German. Here is the wording from the stone and I'm also attaching a photo of the gravestone. Germans always put the date in front of the month...like today is 15 December instead of December 15th. Hier ruhet means here rests.
