Guest guest
The temp right now (not quite 2 pm) is 61 degrees, cloudy skies - hurray for turning off the AC for the day! Got a pot roast simmering in a big iron pot on the stove, in beef broth, tomatoes, onions, and chilis to be shredded for a nice " bowl of red " tonight; going to make some fat tortillas to be toasted with some cheese to go with. in WY Practical Blackwork Designs " You get a wonderful view from the point of no return... Guest guest
Gee, I'm envious, ! We have about 102 here in NY; it's just awful, andthe humidity isn't helping much either!I was going to make tacos, but think the kitchen will get too hot trying tobrown the meat, so we might just do hamburgers on the grill instead!Enjoy your roast--yum--sounds delish!love, Kate Today's Weather and Tonight's SupperTo: MSersLife > The temp right now (not quite 2 pm) is 61 degrees, cloudy > skies - hurray> for turning off the AC for the day!> > Got a pot roast simmering in a big iron pot on the stove, in > beef broth,> tomatoes, onions, and chilis to be shredded for a nice "bowl of red"> tonight; going to make some fat tortillas to be toasted with > some cheese to> go with.> > > > in WY > Practical Blackwork Designs> "You get a wonderful view from the point of no return..." > http://practical-blackwork.blogspot.com > http://practicalblackwork.com> > > > > love and blessings,Kate Attachment: vcard [not shown]

Guest guest
Sounds great at your house . Will you adopt me too please ... I'm older than Sharon I think (so won't hang around as long) plus I've got a needlework stash that would outlast both of us ... hugs, Cait Today's Weather and Tonight's Supper The temp right now (not quite 2 pm) is 61 degrees, cloudy skies - hurrayfor turning off the AC for the day!Got a pot roast simmering in a big iron pot on the stove, in beef broth, tomatoes, onions, and chilis to be shredded for a nice "bowl of red"tonight; going to make some fat tortillas to be toasted with some cheese togo with. in WY Practical Blackwork Designs"You get a wonderful view from the point of no return..." http://practical-blackwork.blogspot.com http://practicalblackwork.com

Guest guest
My stash is all in Rubbermaid containers so I can just throw a big tarp over them. Btw I've got Conrad's threads and I hate them ... hugs, Cait Today's Weather and Tonight's Supper The temp right now (not quite 2 pm) is 61 degrees, cloudy skies - hurrayfor turning off the AC for the day!Got a pot roast simmering in a big iron pot on the stove, in beef broth, tomatoes, onions, and chilis to be shredded for a nice "bowl of red"tonight; going to make some fat tortillas to be toasted with some cheese togo with. in WY Practical Blackwork Designs"You get a wonderful view from the point of no return..." http://practical-blackwork.blogspot.com http://practicalblackwork.com
Guest guest
The ones Leon Conrad used to sell in his kits? I only ever used them once, when I model-stitched " Queen Bess's Chessboard " for him. I didn't like them either. If I'm going to work with silk (wish I could afford it more often!) I like Madeira. Though my " publisher " gave me a skein of Gloriana hand-dyed a few weeks ago, and I am seriously in luuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuv...... :-) in WY Practical Blackwork Designs " You get a wonderful view from the point of no return...
