Guest guest
Definitely, magnesium can effect sleep. It helps to induce sleep, so if your body had become accustomed to it, which it sounds though it did, not taking it is surely messing up with sleep cycle. Get back on it if you can.And yay for hubby! That's grand news. I suppose there is nothing available that IS more than unemployment, huh?Keep posting, we do miss you when you don't!love, KateTo: MSersLife Sent: Thu, December 16, 2010 3:48:29 AMSubject: Catching up sorta Did I tell you Himself got a job offer? I don't know about the magnesium and sleep but I'm sure someone here will have an answer for you.Have you been baking bread? I always enjoying hearing what you are cooking/making/creating. I guess I enjoy baking vicariously:) lolhugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. My magnesium - hate those random muscle spasms! And yeah, there are better paying jobs - but none looking for a 54-year-old man without a college degree, and none that he will have satisfaction doing like this one (plus, you can't turn down a legitimate job while on unemployment or you lose your benefits.) Luckily, he can " fill in " the extra income by pulling shifts at the fire station. Now if he can just START working, and get us all back on a regular schedule!!! Now to just get him off to work!!! Guest guest
So that's why I don't have chocolate cravings every night anymore. I thought it was meno. Even those rare times out to a restaurant, I don't feel tempted by those luscious looking chocolate cakes, etc. Years before I hid chocolate bars and had to have one before bed even knowing that it was one of my worst migraine triggers ... hugs, Cait Catching up sorta Did I tell you Himself got a job offer? Guest guest
Hope they'll help keep somebody warm... Other than a couple for Himself, these will all go to the local shelter. Since I don't have any money, I'm using up my stash... when I have some money for the right wool, I'll send some to www.packagesfromhome.org (I think that's the right url) for the troops - theirs have to be wool (less flammable) and in the right " uniform " colors. I need to find the right patterns for some women's and kids' stuff too, will go thumb through Ravelry today... in WY Practical Blackwork Designs http://practicalblackwork.com http://practical-blackwork.blogspot.com " You get a wonderful view from the point of no return...
