The temp right now (not quite 2 pm) is 61 degrees, cloudy skies - hurray

for turning off the AC for the day!

Got a pot roast simmering in a big iron pot on the stove, in beef broth,

tomatoes, onions, and chilis to be shredded for a nice "bowl of red"

tonight; going to make some fat tortillas to be toasted with some cheese to

go with.

That sounds good Debbi. I like sliced cucumbers with very thinly sliced onions, sour cream and dill weed. It is so good and so refreshing for summertime.
