Guest guest
The brand widely available here is called Lyle's Golden Syrup andis a form of treacle or inverted sugar syrup, derived from the processing of cane sugar---no corn involved!I first encountered it in the UK where it is commonly used for so manythings--from baking to dessert toppings, to caramelisation, etc.I actually found Lingonberries at one of our better local stores, but hadplanned, if desperation struck, to try the fudge using cranberries with afew blueberries. Now, I shall not have to cheat, and the nearby granddaughters are in ecstacy over it all--all of the recipes!Love to you, Reb, and to and to Pixie and all the family,n
