Guest guest
I don't have a lot to "report" I guess-- but I didn't want to left out! lolThis year money is tight for Christmas with my whole family so we are doing a "Gillhooley Christmas"--my term for a cheap, cheap Christmas. All gifts to adults must be either handmade or come from a thrift store/yard sale. I will give each grandkid something new (and cheap:). I am making goodies for everyone. How much they get depends on how my stamina hold up. My plan is to make cookies:chocolate chip, jam thumbprint and snickerdoodles. Candy: fudge, penuche and white fudge. We'll see how it goes. Our weather has turned cold again. There was snow yesterday all around us but not here. That's fine. We had snow on Thanksgiving so I'm not in a hurry for more of the white stuff right now. Yesterday I made a pot of hamburger soup with green chilies and pasillas. I also made a triple batch of white bread to go with it. I have had genealogy on my mind constantly. I have made contact with some cousins on the Ruckel side of the family and we have had fun sharing info back and forth. That's about it for me.hugs to each of you SharonThis email is a natural hand made product.
