what is a safe pain killer?

Hi ,

My son who is 5 yo started to hit himfelf in the head specially on the back of

his head,we just took him to dentist so no cavity. and I would like ti rule out

if he has any pain, what would you recommend as a safe pain killer for him?

and about hitting himself do you have any suggestion?

Ibuprofen should be fine while you try to figure out why this is happening.
