As the Fire Dept & AHJ, we conduct annual EMS ambulance inspections for units operating within our city. Unfortunately, due to the vagueness on this item, we are not exactly sure of what to look for. It could be those items you listed, or anything else your agency deems it needs to care properly for its patients who have special needs.
