TS Dolly has formed in the Western Carribean and is currently in the Belize /

Yucatan / Isle of Youth (W. Cuba) triangle. Current models show strengthening to

a Saffir Simpson Category 1 (minimal) hurricane, with landfall on the

Brownsville / South Padre Island sometime Wednesday.
