I agree with you Dan. It's so hard to feel secure again after a bad fall. After that last fall of mine where I busted up my face I have been so scared. When I think about falling I get tears in my eyes. My family doesn't understand at all. SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. Sorry to learn you've had some falls. That's one of the many scary aspects of MS: unavoidable falls due to balance, drop foot, weakness, fatigue, etc. Dan U dao_nguu@... The New Busy is not the too busy. Combine all your e-mail accounts with Hotmail. Get busy.

even with the arm crutch I have days that my ankle rolls and I am terrified - at least in the house I can roll - although my grand dogs are pissed at me - I haven't been since January Ice Storm - as big as Herrn and Arwin are - they sense I am unstable and turn into people walkers - especially Herrn

He and Miss B the Tzi Tsu who thinks she is a rotty will patiently sit beside me on the back deck

Miss B is totally blind now - still scrappy - we know that she doesn't have long to live

I didn't know you are using an arm crutch now, Anne. I'm assuming you are a lot more stable with it? I use a cane but there are times I don't feel secure with it. The dogs sound like good dogs! hugsSharonThis email is a natural hand made product. since January of 2009 with the arm crutch

I have had 3 flares since the end of March - between that and the heat I have withdrawn into the house - cooler and safer than going out and risking falling
