in my part of Pa ...it is around 1,200.00 ..i tried to get help for heat this last yr...will go back 2 yrs was told we was 12.00 over for the yr...and as we all know no one got a raise this last yr...but we was told this yr we made 1,200 over for the yr....omg...how did i do this...no more money then before but the Pa gov. said we was way over...at this rate we will make 12,000 over by next yr ...and that is almost what we get for the yr ....mmmmmmmmmm any one got a kid i can use.....i will give them back ...oh yes i will ...they will not use sissy ...( lol) i wish you peace >>>debbi brant

Thank you. We could use all the thoughts and prayers people can

spare. being put on insulin for his diabetes puts him federally

out of being able to drive a truck. He has been a truck driver for 22

years. Never out of work. The congressman’s office told me that

SS doesn’t necessarily decide if you are disabled. But they determine

if you are able to do the job you were doing. So, based on that, and

the federal law, he would be eligible on that dx alone.

Social Security disability

If I may ask a personal question. Can anyone tell

me about their personal experiences with applying for social security

disability? I have contacted our local congressman and they have had

it flagged that they are watching it. I am in the process of

obtaining all medical records. was a long haul truck driver and

now with insulin he cannot, by federal law, drive a truck anymore. He

has had the same type of job for 22 years. He now has the MS and the

cervical spinal stenosis. Even on just the insulin dependent issue

since it’s not allowed by federal law should be a huge help.

Thoughts?
