Guest guest
That is indeed a precious gift, that you gave to each other. You gave her the love, nurturing and self-esteem during her formative years that you were not given by your own parents, and in return, your daughter gives you her love and trust, and you both genuinely enjoy each other's company. That is awesome. Thank you for sharing that. Yes, thank God indeed. -Annie > > My girl came home from college for a visit this weekend. Last night before bed she threw her arms around me and said " Oh Mom, I love to come home. You always welcome me with open arms, I feel safe and nurtured here. Most of my friends dread having to visit their parents. Thank you so much. Guest guest
That really is a gift. I hope I hear my kids say that to me one day. You are obviously doing many things right. I'm so happy for, and proud of, you!! Hugs! > > My girl came home from college for a visit this weekend. Last night before bed she threw her arms around me and said " Oh Mom, I love to come home.
