Guest guest
SITUATION(1330CDT08042008) TS Eduoard contines on a westerly course at 7mph. There has been a slight decrease in windspeed at 45mph. HOU GAL still appears to be the center of landfall on the projection models. MY ANALYSIS The decrease in wind speed may signify an increase in strength. The radar images are showing a more defined eye wall and storm. RECOMMENDATIONS Continue preparation to conclude by nightfall. A remnder - there will be severe weather well before the eye makes landfall. Prepare for high winds, heavy rain and possible tornados after 2200CDT.
