Theory 1: We only report this data so that the state can get federal money. Theory 2: No one is really interested in this data anyway, at least no one in the EMS world. Beauocrats, see I can't even spell it much less be one, are the only ones that may be interested. Theory 3: I will catch he_ _ for this post.
