Guest guest
Hi, since we had a 21 lb turkey, we have a healthy amount of leftovers. Tonight I made (haven't quite eaten yet; I'll give you a report) turkey pot pie. I used turkey of course, peas, carrots, potatoes, onions, mushrooms, and cream of mushroom soup. Lloyd and the kids are playing 'Blokus'--which I stink at. It is one of those tetris type games, where you have to try to use a variety of shapes to block your opponents. Since it deals with spatial relations, I am quite dumb at it.Dinner is just about ready...time to dig in.love to all. Hope you are all having delish meals,Kate
Guest guest
Made the turkey breast last night, and for tonight Robbin opted for spaghetti-o's, I'll probably scramble a couple of eggs or make a turkey sammich. ~*~Hugs~*~ ~*~Akiba~*~ http://www.affiliates-natural-salt-lamps.com/pages/156.php -- what's for dinner... Guest guest
We had ham and I made 10 pounds of scalloped potatoes on Christmas. Challis and her family was supposed to come for Christmas dinner but her hubby was not feeling well so they delayed coming for a day. Yesterday they all came over and we had ham and the leftover potatoes. My daughter-in-law made cheesecake and we also had two Sara Lee frozen pies. I usually don't make pies for Christmas. It was a wonderful time but I was so dang tired! They left at 10 p.m. and I fell into bed just after. hugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product.
