Sorry to hear of your fall, Reb. I hope you heal very quickly!love SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. The slight variations in spelling and grammar enhance its individual character and beauty and in no way are to be considered flaws or defects. I'd second that advice, Kate: Stay off the ice! ;-)I slipped on a patch of ice when I was pulling my nieces in a pulk ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pulk ) on Dec 24 (when Christmas is celebrated in Sweden). I hurt my arm and wrist a little, it's a bit swollen and sore. Nothing some anti-inflammatory meds can't cure I'd think (and luckily I have a quite powerful kind on prescription for my knees). But still, NOT falling and hurting oneself on ice always makes things easier...Good luck with walking the

dog!love/Reb>> Stay off the ice!!!! Falling on the ice is so quick and can be so serious. I > fell a couple of times when we lived in Alaska and it really hurt me. A foot is > a good snowfall.
