I had no idea there was WAPF chapter meetings anywhere. let alone in my home county. Be sure to post the details when they are settled on. I am probably the gentleman referred to earlier. What I posted, with more detail, was Fresh Fish at the Sunday Farmers Market at the Civic Center. Also an amazing selection of cheeses, but I did not check them all out since I am stock full at the moment. There is also a vendor selling grass fed beef, and two selling 'exotic' eggs, chicken eggs that fall into several different categories. Whole Foods and Wild Oats (top of the hill next to Elan, there is a new name on the place we noticed this morning) Both have raw milk, and a few raw cheese. I've seen no sign of raw butter. organic chicken from Petaluma Poultry is available from them direct in #20 lots, or from Whole Foods and probably else where. Their trade name is Rocky for general range fed and Roxanne for the organic, hormone and other stuff free. This is amazingly delicious chicken. If not, try the Whole Foods in Cupertino. I've purchased raw milk there on several occasions. The fish counter is also pretty good, and they have fish bones available for stock making. __________________________________________________
