Guest guest
, Do you have any suggestions for a child who is apraxic and suspected ADHD and doesn't sleep well when on ProEFA's? Logan has been getting only one capsule of ProEFA's a day and his sleep has gotten much worse. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Jill kiddietalk <kiddietalk@...> wrote: Tina below is an archive that may help. There are links that may explain why people talk about the EPA for ADHD. (not that the DHA and GLA aren't needed as well) In general having one with apraxia and one with ADHD I found a 2 to 1 ratio of ProEFA over ProEPA is better for apraxia, and a 1 to 1 ratio of ProEFA to ProEPA is best for ADHD. If you have a child that may have both, best way to know what works best is just start with the ProEFA and increase from there (always increase the ProEFA first with apraxia) Once you're seeing the surges -you'll know better than anyone here if it's not the right formula! Talk about clearing EFAs with the neuroMD Dakota's one neurologist Dr. Sinha asked me for the formula that we put him on she was that impressed! (She was one of the neuroMDs that had wanted to put Dakota on Adderal or some other med for ADHD prior)
