I buy the vanilla carb master yogurt (Kroger brand). It is my favorite yogurt. Sometimes I will buy the Kroger lite and mix it with the carb master. I also mix SF jello with the vanilla yogurt and that is good. hugs Eunice
Guest guest
Even if I weren't a diabetic, I would buy the low-carb yogurt just because I love the taste! mmm. There's something about the regular yogurt that turns me off. I think it might be too sweet. I'm the same way about most other food items that have a " sugar free " option (or " low-carb " or " no sugar added " ). Theres alot of controversy over the artificial sweeteners, but when I'm craving something sweet... I really love all of the sugar free candies they have out there. Marie 2 Corinthians 3:17-18 17 Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. 18 And we, who with unveiled faces all reflect the Lord's glory, are being transformed into his likeness with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. --------------------------------- Sneak preview the all-new Yahoo.com. It's not radically different. Just radically better.
