Guest guest Posted September 27, 2011 Report Share Posted September 27, 2011 Have no documentation of this, but, my thinking is there is a need for more enzymes in our food...can think about getting more enzymes from fermented things like organic tamari, kefir, cultured saurkraust...etc. Like birds need the fine sand (that they get when they eat food from the ground) for their digestive systems..I think we also need a certain amount of silica...
