Now I read your post about 's sleeping problems but does five days of

sleep mean that Flo isn't going with you as well? I hope that isn't true and

that the two of you get alone time near Barcelona.

Hi Everyone

I am going to the European Deafblind conference in a couple of weeks. Sense

is funding me. There are a number of presentations that are of interest to

us on the list. If this proves correct I will report back!

The conference is in Spain down the coast from Barcelona. This is a city I

have wanted to go to and note to the organisers of the American conferences

there is an organised day trip to Barcelona as part of the conference! Like

Miami the hotel is slap on the beach and I think the weather will still be

good enough to take advantage of this.

Most importantly I will get 5 days of uninterrupted sleep!

Now you've got my attention! Barcelona??? I had a hard time focusing on

the presentations with the ocean right outside in Miami. I know I couldn't

I am going by myself. What's funny is that Flo suggested I apply to Sense

for the opportunity. It gets complicated though since Flo is going to a

forum run by Sense the weekend I go away. Jess is going with her to have fun

at the leisure club, Elly is going away with my Dad and his wife. Then Flo

starts a work related course that intereferes with her picking Elly up from

school and being at home for Jess' return from school. Just a typical week

for the /Njeru household.
