We've had stevia here in Canada before you aka US. I actually tried to grow it a couple of summers ago. But who's diabetic and others I know use triple the amount of other sugar substitutes to get the same sweetness. Oh and I hear good old sacharine (sp?) is going to be available again ... hugs, Cait
