Guest guest
Dogs are special to us! They are better than some humans I know. lol. Yippy looks just like my therapist's dog. Now I know what type breed he is. Take it easy, Yippy, don't knock our fearless leader over!love you Sharon,KateTo: MSersLife Sent: Thu, January 6, 2011 5:50:37 PMSubject: My dog Yippy-- and 'helping' dogs [3 Attachments] I had a wonderful dog named Petunia. She would help me up when I fell by steadying her legs and bracing herself. She would blink a certain way at me when that happened. She was such a special dog. She died in 2008 at the age of 14 and had been with me since she was 6 months. She was a Red Lab/Shepard mix. The dog I still have, Yippy, freaks out and nearly knocks me down. Instead of Yippy helping me it's the other way around. I have to take care of Yippy:) He is scared of company and runs around and around until he can get behind me for protection. He does that with everyone who comes here even regular visitors. Yippy is a Catahoula Hound mix. He weighs 70 pounds. Here's a couple of pics of my special boy Yippy. Yippy is 7 years old and moved to Alaska with me and then back again. In Alaska he had a close call with the wolves but survived. Thank goodness. I don't know what I would do without him!hugs to all my fellow dog lovers! SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. Guest guest
just told me that is what Max is - a herding dog this time he got hung up on the fence trying to get out - 350 at the vet he keeps getting in the pastures on either side of them and running the cows God, grant me the strength of eagles wings, the faith and courage to fly to new heights, and the wisdom to rely on his spirit to carry me there. Guest guest
I want a dog so badly but I don't understand how they can help us maintain balance. Or if we fall, are they strong enough for us to put our weight on to pull our bodies up? Anyway little chance in any of our apts ... hugs, Cait My dog Yippy-- and 'helping' dogs [3 Attachments] I had a wonderful dog named Petunia.
