Beet Kvass

After two days, my attempt beet kvass is just salty--not at all sweet and/or

sour. I'm guessing that this is because I didn't cut the beets up enough.

How small should the pieces be?

I cut it about 1/8 inch with a food processer. I also found 2 days too

short for the best kvass, try4-5.Too salty? add water the salt

extracts the " good " stuff. A drink for the gods!!!!!
