The best home remedy is a paste of baking soda and water. You might also

tell the person to take a hot shower. The hot water draws out the histamine.

Any known or suspected home remedies for same. She is a native Texan and has

tried all known remedies as practiced by her Mother and Grandmother. All

I learned over the weekend that breaking open ammonia capsules and applying

those to ant bites will take away the sting. Can't personally attest to

it.but the remedy sounded interesting.

The theme seems to be ammonia. My wife bought an ant bite pen from

Wal-Mart and the active ingredient is " ammonia " .

You can also try " Windex " if you are adverse to peeing on you bites.
