he was buried in a Catholic cemetary in OKC - so no suicide

house is still for sale almost 3 - 4 years after his death

I am going to try. I am sure it is just because they don't know about her, and she just stopped paying all of a sudden. I am sure they'd rather not have to try and sell it, in this market (and people tend to not like buying homes where people have died).
